Beauty clinic websites
Beauty clinic websites: from Taplink to fully booked
Why do clients follow you on Instagram but book with the clinic down the road?
Having travelled to every country in the world, I have booked my share of treatments in places where I knew nobody, and I always chose the same way: on my phone, in a minute, by what I could see and understand. Many great skin therapists lose those clients because all they have is Instagram and a link-in-bio page. When I audited Imagenetics in Perth, I saw exactly that. Here is what I changed, step by step.
Step by step
Instagram is the shop window, not the shop
Followers love your reels, but when they are ready to book they search Google, compare two or three clinics and choose the one that answers everything in a minute. A link-in-bio page is not in that comparison.
Be found where people search
People type "skin needling Perth" or "facial near me", not your brand name. Your title, headings and Google Business Profile must use the same words, with your suburb.
Start from the skin goal, not the treatment
Clients come with acne, pigmentation or fine lines, not with "Jessner peel". Let them pick a goal and lead them to the right treatments.
Prices as text, with a Book button on every line
A price list saved as images is invisible to Google and unreadable on a phone. Real text, duration, price and Book next to each treatment remove the "I will think about it" moment.
Make the first step free and obvious
A free consultation is the easiest yes for a new client. Put it on the first screen, in the menu and in a sticky bar on mobile.
Trust is built by people and proof
Show the therapist, the real studio and real Google reviews. Never invent testimonials: clients notice, and so does the law.
Honest wording keeps you safe
Results vary, so do not promise them. In Australia consumer law covers results claims, and some products, like exosome serums, have advertising limits.
Concept · our vision
Example: Imagenetics Advanced Aesthetics, Perth
Valeriya Carroll is a dermal therapist and the owner of Imagenetics Advanced Aesthetics in Brabham, Perth: facials, skin needling, peels and hair loss treatments. Her clients found her through a Taplink page. I audited it and built a concept of a real website. This is my vision, not the official clinic website yet.

- Taplink page turned into a real website that Google can read
- "Choose your skin goal": acne, scarring, pigmentation, fine lines, dull skin, hair loss
- 31 treatments in 6 tabs with time, price and a Book button on every line
- English and Russian versions with a switch in the header
- Free consultation on the first screen and in the mobile bottom bar
- About Valeriya, the studio, how to prepare and an FAQ
- Local business markup, a bright link preview and a step-by-step guide to move to her own domain
The bottom line
A beauty clinic website is not decoration. It is the place where a follower becomes a booking: found on Google, clear about the skin goal, honest about price and one tap from a free consultation. Get that right and Instagram finally starts paying for itself.
