Website enquiries
Why your website gets no enquiries: 8 reasons and how to find them
Why do people visit your website but never get in touch?
Having travelled to every country in the world, I know how quickly you leave a place that makes things hard. Websites are the same: visitors do not try twice, they close the tab. In almost every audit I find the same eight reasons. Here they are, step by step, with a quick way to check each one yourself.
Step by step
Google cannot find it
Search for site:yourdomain.com. If few pages show up, people never reach the site. Link-in-bio pages and text inside images are common causes, as in this beauty clinic case.
The phone version is hard to use
Most visitors arrive on a phone. Small text, tiny buttons and slow loading send them to a competitor within seconds.
No prices at all
People rarely message just to ask the price. A “from” price and what it includes answers the main question and filters out the wrong budget.
Booking takes too many steps
A ten-field form or phone-only booking loses people. One tap to book or message wins. See how a clinic put a Book button on every line in the clinic website mistakes.
Buttons that go nowhere
An empty call link, a payment button that opens a bank’s homepage, a form that says “sent” but sends nothing. Tap every button yourself: it takes ten minutes.
No reason to trust you
No faces, no reviews, no business details, no address. This matters most when people trust you with their health, their children or their money.
Outdated content
Expired offers, old dates and news from two years ago make the business look closed.
No clear next step
Every section should end with one obvious action: book, get a price, download the programme. To see which of these reasons apply to you, run the free website check.
Concept · our vision
Example: Imagenetics, a beauty clinic website
Imagenetics is a dermal therapy studio. Its clients found it through a link-in-bio page with prices as pictures. I audited it and built a concept of a website designed around bookings. This is my vision, not the official clinic website yet.

- Prices as text with a Book button on every line
- Free consultation as the first, obvious step
- Skin goals instead of treatment jargon
- Readable on a phone with a sticky booking bar
- Clear wording, real studio photos, no invented reviews
The bottom line
Enquiries are rarely lost to one big mistake. They are lost to several small ones: not found on Google, awkward on a phone, no price, a hard form. Fix them in order and the same traffic starts turning into clients.

Questions and answers
How many enquiries should a website get?
Usually one to three enquiries for every 100 visitors. If you get fewer, one of the reasons in this article is likely at play.
Will ads fix a website that gets no enquiries?
Ads bring more visitors, but if the site loses them you pay for people who leave. Fix the site first, then grow traffic.
How can I check my site quickly?
Open it on your phone, tap every button and search site:yourdomain.com. The free check on my website gives an answer in about 30 seconds.
